I ordered online apps to deliver, they get my food messed up wrong order twice, curly fries it's over cooked and hard as crappy... not gonna trust them after the second time messed up.. Wasted of time to deal with their crappy job.... Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

I didn't receive my condiments in my drive thru order. I had to go back inside and request them again. The food was great as was the order taker. The person bagging up the food dropped the ball Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4

My husband and I went to Arby's to get some lunch. We pulled through the drive-thru to order. There was 2 vehicles in front of us and 3 behind us. A gentleman in a Grey sweatshirt came out yelling at himself, opened his car door and then walked back in the employee entrance. He walked back out with a bag and walked to his car. He grabbed a water bong out of the bag and walked under the tree and started smoking it. Yes, I do I understand it's legal in Colorado, however smoke it at home. NOT at work. The cars in front of us finally got to order. We were there for 10 minutes waiting. Never got to get to order so we decided to leave and go someplace else. The 3 vehicles behind us left as well. Arby's in Montrose, Colorado sure has gone downhill. We will not be going back there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other
