Absolute terrible service with the manager at the Naperville location. The app does not say there any exclusions to a discount, but according to him, it cannot be applied with boxes (I have used the code online and it worked with the same items, I have photo proof). He will not honor a discount code that has been honored 3 times before (one time at this exact location). His attitude was "I'm right, you're wrong" from the moment we walked in and told him the bathrooms were out of paper towels. Definitely won't be visiting this location again. Our deals are a big part of what our fans count on, so we’re so sorry for the confusion around the posted promotion in the app, Briana. We value your feedback and we'll be taking a closer look to make sure this gets addressed.

Don't waste your money on the beef brisket sandwich. It was disgusting, like 60% fat, very little brisket, for almost $10. If it isn"t supposed to be like that, the preparer should know better than to serve that. Never been so disappointed by Arby's. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We’re known for our high-quality meats, so hearing your Quarter Pound Chopped Brisket Sandwich was not up to par is a big concern for us. We’re sorry. We'll share your feedback with the appropriate team to make sure this is addressed.
