RUDE! I used the mobile app and ordered 3 sandwiches... pulled to the drive thru told them we had an online order.... heard nothing pulled to the window and met the rudest lady I've ever met. She told us (extremely rude) we were supposed to tell them at the speaker. I told her we did and she pointed at her head set and said well I didn't hear you as if I were lying! She does NOT need to be in customer service. I won't be back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

There is absolutely no room for that kind of hostility or finger-pointing in our drive-thru lanes, Christie. We will look into this immediately to ensure our team treats guests with respect rather than making them feel unwelcome.
