Got it, it's fast food, but damn, we have come a long, long way from my youth when driving from Arlinton Heights to Palatine for the only Arby's for many miles was an amazing treat. Back then there was still the big huge chunk of beef on the rotating spit, and man was that jank good! Not expecting a five star Michelan restaurant experience, but good lord, at least make it edible for 20.00! No drinks, a French Dip, potatoe cakes, Mozz Stix and a regular beef samich, even with a coupon, over twenty duckies, and it was a step above crappie at best. Good lord, what happened to the good old days of fast food? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

We totally miss that retro, massive spinning roast beef era too, JT, and we hate that your nostalgia trip felt like a total letdown. Paying over twenty bucks with a coupon should net you a legendary mountain of hot food, not a disappointing meal that barely clears the bar. We are pushing this feedback directly to the restaurant leadership to ensure our modern kitchen matches the high standards of the good old days.

I paid for food and never got it. Then I went to get it and it was sketchy. A guy was outside who was clearly high taking orders and told me they were out of roast beef. Thanks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

They advertise the pulled pork with a sweet bbq sauce but they never have it! If you try to call and check before going there and waiting in line, they NEVER answer the phone! Things are not at all up to par at this location. Needs a manager that knows how to keep stock!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

Advertising a legendary pulled pork sandwich only to constantly run out of the sweet BBQ sauce completely ruins the meal, Rhonda. To make matters worse, a staff that refuses to answer the phone means you can't even check stock before making the trip. We are escalating this directly to the appropriate team to address this store's inventory management and communication issues immediately.
