They cook their meat sloooooow. But they're even slower at the window when you order anything other than a roast beef sandwich. I had to pull forward to the "parking-lot of shame" to wait for my order. So, now I have time to make a comment. I just hope my food is delicious, as I sit here and wait. I'll keep you informed... it's been about 5 minutes, please be patient.... Nope! Warm fries. They forgot to give me horsey sauce. I asked the girl as she handed me my order, "is there horsey sauce"? She said, "yes". There wasn't. Peace out Arby's on 12st. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Hi Johnny, we know you're here for the meats, not the wait. We're sorry to hear about the mix-up with your order and the missing Horsey Sauce. We'll be sure to review this with our team to improve your experience next time. Thanks for your feedback and for being patient with us.

Horrible experience there was hardly any meat on my French dip and I told the lady I didn't even want it I wanted a different sandwich if I couldn't have jalapeños. They made me buy it any way. And the new brisket I ordered had no sweet sauce that she said would be on it. And hardly any meat also. Bad bad experience. Won't be going there again and definitely calling to speak with a manager. What you described isn’t the 5-star Arby’s experience we want for you, Rose. We’re sorry we fell short of your expectations for both the meal and the service during your visit. We understand how disappointing that can be, and we’ll be sure to review this with our team internally.
