Jody went above and beyond from the greeting to taking my order all the way down to making sure my food was made to the perfection and I'll be telling all my friends and family about this location. It's been a while since I've felt welcomed into a fast food restaurant.. Kudos to the workers!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Jody made sure all my food was fresh Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant

I'm not one to write bad reviews, I know what it does to a company and how many issues it causes for management. But tonight's experience here was very frustrating. My fiance bought the french dip and swiss meal which cost $12.49, only to find out he was given a greek gyro that only cost like $5.49. I understand that things happen, but considering the prices of things these days this is something that could have been prevented. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1

We’re sorry to hear about the mix-up with your order, Tori. That’s not the accuracy we aim for, and we understand how frustrating that is given today’s prices. We understand how frustrating it must be. We’re escalating this to the team to review the situation and ensure it’s looked into.

I usually go to this Arby's because I never had a problem but recently it has gone down hill to the point of which staff don't care and just throw the sandwiches into a box without stacking it properly and to where i had not one but two pieces of hair in my sandwich that I know were not mine. Not going back to this one any more.
