I just left the arby's on 33rd Avenue ibell Doing DoorDash and the cashier was rude because I got a drink every other restaurant gives DoorDash free water or drinks, especially in this heat and she was upset and made me pour it out. I will never go back to this location again. She's heartless. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

Treating a delivery partner with that level of disrespect is absolutely not the Arby's way, Latonia. Making you pour out a drink in this heat is a total breakdown of the hospitality we stand for. We are taking this feedback straight to the leadership at the 33rd Avenue location so we can handle this crew member's behavior immediately.
