Our go to when we want a beef and cheddar sandwich. Hubby tries all the new items! I did like the gyro, just needs extra sauce. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Food is better than average for fast food. Employees were pleasant and helpful. They got rid if the delicious cookies. Boo. Food: 4 Service: 5

I waited over 20 minutes in drive-thru with only 2 cars in front of me. Then the 1st car pulled out of line and left. So when it's my turn to order, I waited over 10 minutes trying to order, no one ever came on the speaker box and said, "Sorry, or I'll be right with you", NOTHING. I got tired of waiting and also left after wasting over 30 minutes. Terrible service at the Penn Hills, Saltsburg Rd location. However Plum Arby's is always excellent service!
