The lady said she "zoned out" and took 20 minutes to give us our food. The food was mid bc it was cold bc the lady took so long to give it to us .. I love Arby's though, just maybe not the one in Portland. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Hearing that an employee "zoned out" and left you waiting 20 minutes for ice-cold food is a massive miss against our standards, Natascha. We take immense pride in high-energy, fast service, so watching a true fan of our brand get stuck with a subpar meal because of total carelessness is unacceptable. We are addressing this directly with our Portland drive-thru crew to get our focus and speed completely locked in.

I got there chicken salad sandwich... it was more bread than anything I took half the bread off and there was no chicken salad in between. The half that did have chicken salad was tasty. The service was friendly and professional. I would go back and get something else. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

We are so glad the team treated you to friendly and professional service, Talitha, but skimping on the chicken salad is a major miss. A sandwich shouldn't turn into a box of mostly dry bread, even if the few bites you got were tasty. We are checking in with the kitchen line to make sure they are using the proper, generous scoops for every order.
