I wanted to like this, but my experience was pretty disappointing. The sandwich I ordered wasn’t nearly as fresh as I had hoped, and the fries were cold and soggy, which really took away from the meal. It’s frustrating when you’re looking forward to a quick bite and the quality just doesn’t meet basic expectations. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

If I a could give zero stars, I would. Among my $27.30 order, I included a double beef and cheddar. When I got home (20 minutes away from the store), the DBC was missing. I even had to pull over to wait for potato cakes, so they had plenty of time to make sure the order was correct. When I called to let them know, their only solution was for me to drive 20 minutes back to the store. Not worth the gas. $7.09 for a sandwich I didn’t get. A Double Beef 'n Cheddar is a core pillar of our menu, and shorting you on a twenty-seven-dollar order is completely unacceptable, Michelle. When we make a guest pull forward to wait, that extra time should guarantee a flawless, fully loaded bag of hot food. We are addressing this with leadership to ensure our teams double-check the packing line and handle mistakes with much better solutions.

The server was a kind young man. I failed to get his name. He told us he had worked there for 5 years. Let me tell you, the cleanest Arby's I've ever been too! Good Job! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
