The manager with the long dark hair always takes great care of me! I love the smokehouse brisket sandwich. Mac and cheese is very rich and creamy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been coming to this Arby's for a few years now and I always get the French dip. Lately, the sauce doesn't even have flavor anymore because they are watering it down so much. Almost tastes like they don't want to take the time to make a new batch so they just keep adding water. I can't imagine many people co ingredients back if this keeps happening. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

Hello Michael, we’re sorry to hear the French dip sauce hasn’t been hitting the mark lately, this is not the quality experience we want you to expect from us. We’ll be sure to look into this with our team to make sure consistency and flavor are on point. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can serve you a better visit next time.
