I recently visited Arby’s and had a very disappointing experience. The food took much longer to arrive than expected, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. When my order finally arrived, it was barely warm, and the fries tasted stale rather than fresh. Overall, the meal did not meet the standard I expected for the price. The customer service was also lacking. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed, and it was difficult to get assistance when there was an issue with my order. Instead of addressing concerns promptly, employees appeared annoyed by basic questions. This made the visit feel unwelcoming and frustrating. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this Arby’s location based on my experience. Between the slow service, poor food quality, and lackluster customer service, the visit was far from enjoyable. There are many other fast-food options available that provide better value and a more pleasant dining experience.

whoever was working the drive thru tonight was so sweet, i didn’t get her name but she had glasses and was super friendly!! she deserves a gold star and employee of the month! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Arby's gyros and burgers are decent and all, but who the heck is making the hiring decisions out here? I usually don't care about service but The "people" behind the counter could not care less, they seem to be continuously high and completely disconnected. The same dude that took my money is the same dude that went and made the gyro.. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
