Fries and potato cakes were old and cold, waited forever just to be disappointed. Always hit or miss with this place, seems like it depends on who's working if the food is good or not. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

An Arby's run should never be a gamble based on who is working the kitchen line. Getting stuck with a long wait only to receive cold fries and potato cakes is a massive letdown. This feedback will be referred to local management so they can ensure the crew is serving up fresh, hot sides on every single shift, Shasta.

My husband and I hadn't eaten at Arby's in awhile. Our loss!!! We were warmly greeted by Mallory when we walked in and, it was a genuine smile. While ordering, she quickly pointed out there were coupons available that would save us money. She took the time to make sure we were getting the best value for our money! She personally delivered the food to our table and the taste and presentation of the food was soooo good! Everything was perfect---clean, updated/attractive dining room, DELICIOUS food, and genuine friendly service! Portions were so generous, that we could barely finish our dinner. All for only $21.55. Now THAT is a deal worth coming back for! Thanks to all the customer service at Rifle's Arby's, especially Mallory! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered 4 sandwichs, asked for Arby's n horsey. Only 2 of each. I was the only customer. Lazy, no carring bums.
