Let me start off by saying our family has not eaten Arby's in YEARS. Not because it's a place we don't enjoy, only because there are no locarions near our home. Our drive through experience was very disappointing. We were placing our order and after every item ordered the worker asked "anything else?". She asked at least seven times. We ordered two combos, an extra sandwich and mozzarella sticks. She was very rude and short. Everything she repeated was incorrect. We asked for one of the combos to be made Large and they were not. We were missing our fries also. At the window she had attitude and clearly does not enjoy her position. We understand we are all human and have bad days but this service was completely unnecessary. Very disappointed and it ruined our experienced. We also had to pull forward and wait while there was no other car in front of us. I asked the gentleman who help me correct our order what her name was and he said "Kay". Please try better. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We’re sorry our team missed the mark on hospitality and that there was a mix-up with your family's order, Candice. We want ordering to be clear and easy and will review it with our team to ensure we're providing the experience you expect.

The staff at this location are SO nice and friendly! I cannot blame them for the disappointment I felt when I opened up my order to find a PACKET of Sweet BBQ sauce placed on top of the wrappes sandwich. Are you kidding me?!?!?! Your Marketing dept are doing a good job on selling these BBQ sandwiches...But, I will not return for another sandwich. Such a rip off!!! Thank you to the Amazing staff at Arby's on Hole Ave in Riverside...keep up the Great work!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Serving perfectly crafted sandwiches exactly as they are intended is our top priority so we are very sorry for the confusion with your order, Lolly. We are letting the team know about this so they can improve their assembly process and ensure the sauce is applied correctly in the kitchen, and we hope you give us another chance to get your meal exactly right next time.
