Got the new Steak and Cheese sandwich. It had a great flavor. Did have a couple grizzly pieces in it. Had to spit them out as they were unchewable. The prep itself was kind of messy so definitely a sit down sandwich. Went through drive through so not much for atmosphere. The drive thru attendant was very nice so for her. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $20–30

Response from the owner hace un mes

It’s great to hear the Steak and Cheese brought plenty of flavor and that the drive-thru service earned five stars, Mike! We’re disappointed that some of the steak was too tough to chew and that the sandwich was a little messy to handle. We’ll pass your feedback to the appropriate team so they can take a closer look at the preparation.

The most impressive part of this lunch was Brianna. She has excellent customer service skills and appears sincere in her interactions. Excellent! Food was good, too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Food was good, atmosphere was horrible the guy working at night needs to leave the young girls alone. He decided it was a good idea to flirt with my 13yr old daughter how inappropriate when I told him she was 13 he just laughed and said OK. He offered to smoke (weed) with my daughter on another occasion that's why I went with her this time. I am truly disappointed that these are the kinds of people they have chosen to hire. Shame on you Arby's. Disgusting for a 40+ man to think it's ok to interact with 13yr old little girls in this way. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
