This Rosemount Arby’s is hands down my favorite Arby’s location. They consistently get my orders right, which honestly makes a huge difference, especially with carryout. The food is always fresh, hot, and put together well — the roast beef, beef ’n cheddar, and curly fries are exactly what you hope for when you’re craving Arby’s. I actually drive a bit farther just to order from this location because they’ve been that reliable. The staff does a great job, the food tastes fresh every time, and I’ve never had the usual fast-food frustration of missing items or a sloppy order. Definitely the best Arby’s around and the one I’ll keep coming back to. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible service. Walked inside to order and there was three people already waiting for their food, looking around and obviously annoyed. An employee sees us at the counter and was told to not take orders. I get they were busy but all they were concentrating on was the drive thru. After waiting five minutes we walked out and only one of the people got half their order before we left. Yet the cars in the drive thru kept flowing. Service: 1

We completely missed the mark on balancing our service lines, Ryan! Turning away front counter guests while only pushing the drive-thru is absolutely not how we do things. Our store management team is stepping in with the crew to fix our front counter hustle, retrain on guest communication, and ensure everyone gets equal, top-tier attention.
