NAILED IT! Everytime I get turnovers here they suck, overcooked and the icing is thin. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We’re known for our high-quality meats and meals, so hearing your Turnover was overcooked is a big concern for us. We’re sorry. We'll share your feedback with the appropriate team to make sure this is addressed.

The order taker and window person today at Arby's are two of the most pleasant people I've come in contact with in a drive-thru experience. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff all seem mad that they’re there and basically ignore you. Foods always cold and half the time it’s not right. Guy calls everyone boss man too and it feels super patronizing. Don’t hand me a bag of cold stuff missing items after a half an hour and say sorry for the wait boss man. We won’t be back to this Arby’s for a while. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 6 meses

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience at our location, Dylan. It’s disappointing that your order was incorrect and that the service didn’t meet your expectations. We take your feedback seriously and will review these concerns with our team to ensure improvements are made.
