The employees were nice and understanding but I ordered and had a burger remade because it came out and the middle of the beef burger was really pink. I ended up having to leave before having it remade again because it was late and I had to go home. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Food was fine, other than medium fry was only half full. Young lady at the register didn't greet me or ask if I was ready to order, so I assumed she was finishing up another task. After several minutes, she asked "Do you need more time?" Surprised that she was waiting on me, I ordered and waited for my food. Wait was average for most Arby's. When she called my name, I grabbed my bag and said "Thank You" to which she waved goodbye. Just seemed very cold. Maybe I have too high of expectations as far as customer service & friendliness goes in retail. ‍ Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
