Placed a mobile order and app said they closed at 10:30pm - come to find they close at 10pm. Update your hours! Still waiting for a refund/reply from corporate

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, Damon. We understand how frustrating it can be when posted hours don’t match what you experience on-site. We’ve passed this along to the restaurant so they can review the situation and ensure guests have accurate and consistent information moving forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I had a really disappointing experience tonight. My sister, niece, and I ordered food and sat down to eat at about 9:40pm. We were almost finished when a female employee came over with her mop bucket and said, “Dining room closes at 10pm, so if you could finish and skedaddle on outta here.” I completely understand that restaurants have closing times, and we always respect that. However, the way this was handled felt extremely rude and unprofessional. There are respectful ways to communicate with customers, especially when they’re already wrapping up their meal. We weren’t lingering or causing an issue — we were simply finishing our food. Being told to “skedaddle” while someone stands there with a mop bucket felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Customer service and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a pretty bad impression. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

We’re very sorry for the way our team communicated with you during your visit, Callie. We want every guest to feel respected and welcome, even near closing time. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be escalating your feedback to our management team to ensure proper training and courtesy moving forward.
