They completely forgot a sandwich. Everytime I come here they forget something. I get being busy but everytime?!? I got a meal deal, it was supposed to be two sandwiches, two fries, two turnovers and two drinks. Only got one sandwich. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

How hard is it really to put cheese and Sauce on the Roast beef...and weird i was told to pull forward to wait for fresh fries.. no way they where fresh tasted like last night's crumbs, I think there was only 3 pieces that was normal size the rest was little rock pieces....I see how you respond to these reviews, but if you really cared you would make these people do the very easy job right... I'm so sick of wasting my money on lazy made food! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Piling on that signature sauce and cheese is the best part of our job, and there is no excuse for cutting corners on the line. Getting hard, stale fry crumbs after being told to wait for a fresh batch is completely unacceptable, Paul. We hear your frustration loud and clear and are giving this kitchen crew a serious wake-up call to start executing every order right.
