Made an on line order ordered chicken bacon club sandwich and a 1/4 pound pulled pork bowl with Mac and cheese. Well that's not what I got. The chicken sandwich was good but the bowl some how just was a sandwich not what was ordered. No Mac and cheese. I guess I will learn to check before I driveway.

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We aim for 100% accuracy, but it sounds like we dropped the ball on your White Cheddar Mac 'n Cheese, Jerry. We’re sorry for the mix-up, and will use your comments to continue improving.

I've been to Arby's many of times but they really need to find people who want to work. I ordered a beef sandwich it was cold no BBQ sauce Ordered fries no salt or Ketchup and a fish sandwich it was cold. You just lost a customer thats there once a week.
