There were no other customers here when we pulled in , my boyfriend has been inside for like an hour and still no food and it’s packed now . Update , the drive thru isn’t busy anymore and my fries are cold :)

Waiting nearly an hour for food and then receiving cold fries is an unacceptable experience, Z. Your order should be prepared and served in a reasonable amount of time, with food arriving fresh and hot. We’ll refer your feedback to the appropriate team to review service delays and food quality at this location.

I went to the Arbys in Spring Hill received my roast beef and cheddar with a strand of hair in it GROSS!!! Also the floors were sticky and the quality of our food was horrendous! I don't recommend this store. Will never go back. The Arbys in Franklin is 100% better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Worst service from any restaurant I've visited in Spring Hill, since I moved here , 15 years ago, for just tonight, 09/03/2026. Usually everything is smooth, but tonight was lazy, not caring about anything at all concerning the customers type of attitude. I like Arby's, but definitely DO NOT have to have Arby's. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
