DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I ordered a beef brisket bowl meal through the drive thru which included a med drinkand fry. 20$. And they had me waiting 10 minutes, despite no one else being there! In addition the bowl was not beef it was pork and the servings size of everything fry, drink, and bowl were so small!! Not worth 20$ not worth 10$. I will never be back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We know you came for the meats, not the wait, Anna. We’re sorry our speed was off and the Quarter Pound Chopped Brisket Bowl portions didn't meet our usual standards. We want to get you back to your favorites faster, and we'll be taking a closer look to make sure this is addressed.

Food was good and service was quick but they did not put any sauce in the bag nor did they ask if we wanted any Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We are glad you enjoyed the food and received quick service, but we are truly sorry that the sauce was completely left out of your bag! True Arby’s fans know the sauce is a crucial part of the meal, and our crew should always ask or pack it in. We will address this with our team to ensure your next bag is fully loaded, R.

MO Hillbilly hace 9 meses en Google

The Hillbilly was a starvin' Marvin and decided to stop in at Arby's on S. Glenstone. And I'm glad I did. I ordered a French Dip combo and was about to pay when I noticed the sign for Meat & 3 Box. I felt sad cause that was really what I wanted when Bella (the cashier) said "you can do a French Dip box". I felt really stupid for not noticing this on the sign, but I was very appreciative that Bella brought this to my attention. This simple act of good customer service really made my day. And I REALLY enjoyed my Meat & 3 Box! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
