Every time I come to this location and I mean every time I come to this location, my order is always wrong and then they got the nerve to get an attitude when I bring it back and say correct it. This place is incredibly pathetic. I have a decent Sun City following on social media and all it takes is a push of a button And I would be able to make every person that I'm in contact with in Sun City not confidence place. I even know people part of your car show that you have up there enough is enough. Food: 1 Service: 1

We aim for 100% accuracy, but it sounds like we dropped the ball on your order. We’re sorry our team missed the mark on hospitality and the mix-up, Michael. We are deeply concerned by your report and will investigate immediately.

I lived on Long Island New York in the 70s and there was an Arby's nearby. I was a regular customer. They had a great sandwich, piled high with roast beef and a killer sweet sauce! It was an ideal alternative to a Quarter Pounder or Whopper. I recently went to an Arby's nearby "for old times sake.". I ordered the Arby's Classic. What I got was a slider! About 2 inches, dry and dull. I know that a lot of these changes are happening in the Fast Food industry, (It only takes one hand to handle a Whopper these days....) but not to this extreme. Sadly disappointed. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5
