There is one scenario that Arby's isn't great: when they run out of beef.. which has never happened for me

I would rate it higher, if there were more people working there. There was only one girl working cash register, cooking and serving the food. She was making a great effort to do it all, but it took about 20 minutes for me to get my food! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Food was very mediocre and cold. The girl at the register wouldn’t get my fresh fries. She gave me cold fries and just copped an attitude. I just don’t know what the deal is with people anymore. I won’t be coming back here. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
