The shift manager was very rude to her employees in front of guests. And quite frankly was rude to me! She tried to show her employee how to ring up something and did it wrong. She ended up charging me twice! I waited over 20 minutes for her to figure out what she was doing. Ended up charging me $40 for 2 scoops of chicken salad! The chicken salad was great! Wish you had it all year long! Tables dirty! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I walked in to this location at 12:35 pm. No one was in line. I stood and waited for 5 minutes while workers glanced at me and kept doing things. No one said "We'll be right with you." An employee took my order, which was just a roast beef sandwich. After waiting 15 minutes, I got the attention of the manager , explained I had been waiting 15 minutes for just a sandwich, and presented my receipt. He replied with some attitude, "Yeah, I called this name a long time ago." The name on the receipt was not my name. I replied, "Well, maybe you did call this name but it's not my name." I assumed the name on my receipt was the name of the employee who took my order. It was a bad experience and I will not go back to this location. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Delicious food, as well as wide variety. Pleasant atmosphere. Respectful, polite, courteous, friendly staff. A very nice place to chill, relax, eat mouth-watering food that tantelizes your taste buds, an enjoyable encounter which promotes peace & tranquility before you must enter once more into a world of possible madness. Arbys reminds me of coming home:). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Arby's foods are made fresh-to-order. I love Arby's:) they've got the meats!!!! Kid-friendliness: Very family-friendly and oriented.
