The beef n cheddar is not the same. Idk if the recipe has changed, but the cheddar is more watery and the beef doesn't taste like it use to. Not sure what's going on Arby's but you changed a classic. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Messing with a classic like the Beef 'n Cheddar is the last thing we want to do, Kimberly, so it's incredibly disappointing to hear that the cheese tasted watery and the roast beef didn't hit the mark. We haven't changed our iconic recipe, which means this location likely suffered from a severe breakdown in kitchen prep or holding temperatures. We are taking this straight to store management immediately to inspect their cheese pump calibrations and beef slicing standards.

Wish i woulda got the lady at the counter name to shout her out. She was very kind during the ordering process and also asked me how everything was on my way out.(She was working 5/14/26 3pm) I use a service dog and am more than used too fast food places jut yelling at me "no dogs" right as i walk through the door. My pup was greeted with smiles and compliments. Only thing i wish the wifi wasnt locked. I am from out of state and my service is spotty up here. Thank you.
