This locations food was good, the temperature was colder than serving temp, but it was ready to eat. The curly fries were old. The potato cakes hot, and delicious. All locations now microwave the food so this is probably the last time ill enjoy Arby's, im not paying Arby's prices for microwaved food, gross. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Thank you for calling out the excellent potato cakes, but lukewarm sandwiches and stale curly fries are absolutely not the standard we set for our guests, Ashley. Our signature meats are slow-cooked in ovens and freshly carved by our team. We are taking your feedback straight to our local management to fix the temperature control issues at this store so you can always count on the fresh, oven-roasted quality you expect from us.

I ordered. The server asked if I would contribute to Arby’s foundation. I said no and the server’s demeanor became cold and rude. I’ll go to a different place in the future. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
