The burger was cold, the fries lacked salt, and the drinks were watered down. The sweet tea was lukewarm, and the customer service was subpar. My wife and I were extremely dissatisfied with our experience and will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Arby's is all about high-quality, hot meats, and it sounds like we failed you and your wife. We’re sorry your burger, fries, and drinks weren't up to par, Frederick. We value your feedback and will review it with our team to ensure we’re providing the experience you expect.

Mariah and Isaiah were exceptional! I went through the drive through and ordered a French dip, they were out of the cheese but were OVER accommodating!! They made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Both were very friendly and bubbly. Keep up the good work. Thanks again!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We are absolutely thrilled to hear that Mariah and Isaiah turned a potential hiccup into an exceptional experience, Lauren! Going above and beyond to make sure you were completely satisfied and happy before pulling away is exactly the kind of superstar service we love to see. Thank you for celebrating their friendly, bubbly energy—we will be sure to give them both the massive shoutout they deserve!

So, it is pretty much hit and miss at this location. Most of the time at least 1 item gets forgotten. Tonight 2 sliders forgotten. Small amount of meat on french dip. I do really like Arby's but maybe slow down a bit and fill the order completely before handing out the window. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

We know you came for the meats, not the wait, Courtney, and we’re sorry our service, speed, and portions didn’t meet expectations. We want our fans to leave full and happy, and it sounds like we missed the mark. We’ll take a closer look with the team to make sure this is addressed and get you back to your favorites faster.
