Ordered in drive thru. Employee was very rude. Pulled to the window, didn't even get a hello or thank you. Had to ask for a straw. Sandwich was lukewarm at best.

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We are so sorry for this disappointing drive-thru visit, Tammy. Pulling up to the window should always come with a warm greeting and a complete order, not total silence and a missing straw. We are sharing your feedback about the cold sandwich and the rude service with the store's management team to ensure our team is delivering hot food and proper hospitality.

Tried it again figured it had been a year. They can never get an order correct and slices are always to thick. The one off of hwy 20 is the only good one. Last time I eat hear. Like how hard is it no to add red sauce to a beef and cheddar. Strike 3 and I stop eating there everyone should Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We are incredibly sorry to hear that we struck out on your visit, Robert. A Beef 'n Cheddar relies on that perfect balance of cheddar and Red Ranch, and messing up your specific request is completely on us. We will be working with our team to ensure our slicing and order accuracy get back to the gold standard you found off Highway 20.
