The worst customer service experience I ever had / witnessed at the 3657 Kimball Ave, Waterloo, IA 50702 location. The manager looked dirty and unkempt. Her disorderly appearance was only outmatched by her dirty attitude. She called the police on my friend who had ordered food simply because he wanted to ask the women who was preparing his food is she washed her hands when she came out the bathroom. The women preparing his food stopped midway to use the bathroom then returned about 5 minutes later to continue preparing his food without any visible signs that she washed her hands. For that inquiry the manager ( and I wonder how she was able to reach that position besides it being that Arby's might have very low standards and requirements to reach that post) called the police on him. The issue has been elevated to a complaint with corporate. The manager needs to be fired. With managers like her Arby's could be at risk for future lawsuits. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

Not good. Got a fish sandwich on Friday and after 3 bites I stopped eating. Just felt really sick and after 2 days still feeling sick. I felt good before that. Always loved their fish sandwich but never going again. Haven’t been able to eat since Friday cuz of diarrhea.
