I wondered why the girl at the window looked at me strangely.
I ordered a Reuben sandwich from the Waycross restaurant. Every single time I do, they mess the order up. I have yet to come away from there with a satisfactory order. From loading the sandwich with 1000 Island Sauce, which I always ask for no sauce (most times), to barely putting any meat at all on the sandwich. For the process they charge, they only gave about 1/4th of the meat on the sandwich.
This time, they substituted the corned beef with ham. I'm just very disappointed in this Arby's.

Went there, as soon as my wife and I walked in was told they had no roast beef and a slew of other things. We walked back out- looking back i bet its the staff not wanting to do their job.... wonder if owner knows that an Arbys, a place for roast beef didnt have roast beef? Or if its employees turning away customers/profits??? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and I wanted to try the fish sandwiches we had seen advertised. They were delicious! The employees were super friendly and helpful. We don't go to fast food very often, Because in our opinion , it has gone way down in customer service, price and quality. Excellent all around Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
