Waited in line for 15 minutes on a mobile order....why... because the employee at the drive through had her man get her an energy drink, she passed her keys back and they had social hour in the drive through. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

A mobile order is designed for speed and convenience, not to serve as the backdrop for a personal hangout session. Forcing you to sit in a standstill line while the window worker completely ignores her duties is a total failure, Aimee. We are addressing this lack of focus directly with the store leadership to bring back proper workplace etiquette.
