Went through drive through, completely forgotten about cashier then pops back out asking for the person behind me payment. When I finally got my order only have of my food was in the bad and forgotten my drinks. Went inside it was just madness behind the counter. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $20–30

Response from the owner hace un mes

Being forgotten at the drive-thru, then receiving only part of your order without the drinks, sounds like a frustrating experience, John. Seeing the counter in a state of confusion only adds to the feeling that your order wasn’t being handled with the attention it deserved. We’re referring this feedback to the appropriate team so the service and order-fulfillment issues can be reviewed.

The Arby's at 47th in Wichita has the best chicken strips of any Arby's I have been to. They are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I had a great chocolate shake with mine today that beats a Sonic "chocolate" shake any day! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

Hi Marcia, we're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the Chicken Tenders at our location! We have the meats! It's great to know our chocolate shake hit the spot for you too. Thanks for being a fan, and we look forward to serving you again soon!
