I purchased the brisket BBQ Mac & cheese bowl. It was very good, but the container was only half filled. So definitely not worth the money. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

We want our fans to leave full and happy. We’re sorry the portions of the Arby’s meal you ordered didn’t meet our usual standards today, Tanya. While we’re glad you liked how it tasted, we’re still aiming for a consistent 5-star Arby’s experience for all our fans. We’ll be sure to review this with our team.

Refunded my meal because they said it took too long. I don’t even say anything to them. And they were hustling to get orders out. That’s customer service. And the food was still hot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner hace 6 meses

Thanks for the awesome feedback, Jason! We're happy to hear our team was on top of their game and that you enjoyed your hot meal. See you back at the counter soon!
