Just had the Angus cheesteak was very disappointing 13.99 for a combo sandwich meal in a bag that was very lacking and minimal meat for a sandwich that price . 14.51 with tax . Not a recommendation here

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

You deserve a hearty, filling meal that leaves you satisfied and feels worth every single penny. Serving up a disappointing sandwich that is lacking on the main ingredients is a major letdown, William. We are working closely with local leadership to check our portion guidelines and ensure we are always delivering the legendary quality you expect from the home of "The Meat

Nothing was hot and I specifically asked and said I would wait. It was not that busy. Shift was changing. I threw it away! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner hace 6 meses

We know you came for the meats, not the wait. We’re sorry our speed was off during your visit. This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We want to get you back to your favorites faster, and we'll be taking a closer look to make sure this is addressed. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We look forward to providing a proper Arby's experience for you on your next visit.
