Had a great time at Archie Rose with a Gin Blend group booking as an activity for a 30th wedding anniversary weekend. The still room has such a warm vibe and cool atmosphere, everything set up ready to go. We did a private group booking of 27, And it’s was such a great thing to do as a group! Most were for interstate so they loved it! The session wasn’t rushed or too slow. Jed was easy to listen to with lots of knowledge when it came to botanicals and how to blend your own. Cocktail was a great start. Everyone had fun and enjoyed making white own blends and look forward to enjoying them at home! Thanks Archie rose team. We did the whiskey tasting that was ran by Mattheas and he was amazing. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable about lots of different spirits and alcohols and made the class very good. Mattheas was very entertaining and explained all the notes and what I should be looking for as I am not usually a whiskey drinker. He also helped us chose which would be the best bottles to purchase at the cellar door. We also had both toasties at the bar which were very nice. I will definitely be coming back soon as the experience from all the staff members on Sunday was above and beyond Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
