Firstly the young woman over the counter was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet, clean and friendly. If you love Cheese, this place is for you. Small shop. The menu is descriptive. The numbers next to an item is actually the price. We ordered one pastelito ( around $3) and cheese arepas ( around $7) the price increase if you want Venezuelan cheese as I was told it was imported. The pictures on the menu inflate the reality. The food items were smaller than anticipated. The pastelito tasted ok... Strong taste of tomato and salt. The cheese arepas were cheesy, as expected. No particular outstanding taste overload but not bad either. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Authentic Venezuelan food! I’ve had the opportunity to visit similar restaurants across multiple cities, and I can say this one truly captures the flavors and real essence of Venezuela. It’s great to see how arepas have blended into different states and countries, and Arepa Queen is a perfect example of that. Buscare regresar cada vez que esté de visita en Frederick. Really solid spot for Venezuelan food. The arepas are fresh and packed with flavor, you can tell everything is made with care. Service was friendly and the place has a great vibe.
