DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM! On 03/22/2024, around 10:30 pm, I went with my family to the Armazém da Lolo restaurant in Gramado/RS, as I had made an advance purchase on the website www.lacadordeofertas.com.br. When I was served by the waitress, I was surprised by the information that I had to pay the difference in the price of the menu because the offer had been cancelled, which I immediately found to be a lie when I consulted the website itself. When I refused to pay the difference, the girl told me that I should "get along with the Laçador website" which I immediately refused to do as well. So she went out to talk to someone and, when she returned, she said she could only help if I accepted another similar item on the menu. Due to the lateness of the hour and having just arrived from a trip, I accepted the proposal, which soon turned out to be a big mistake. I was served extremely thinly cut meat, completely roasted and unseasoned, soggy rice and visibly reheated fries. The right thing to do would be to return the plate and leave, however, we were exhausted from the trip and my 6-year-old son, who is autistic. Anyone who is an atypical parent knows that in situations like this, the autistic creates a routine that, if broken, triggers a crisis and he was already asking for dinner. I talked to my wife and we decided to eat despite such a lack of quality and respect from the establishment. It is important to point out that we have visited the restaurant on other occasions with the same type of coupon and we have always been well received and served with quality dishes, so I have grounds to say that this was "on purpose", like: "you complained, now you are going to eat rubbish" . Total lack of respect and empathy which, unfortunately, can happen again to any family, unless they agree to pay the difference.
