La cerveza de raíz de esta pizzería no es muy del agrado de sus clientes. En Arni's Rensselaer, puedes pedir comida para llevar. Un gran número de críticos mencionan que en este establecimiento el personal es bueno. Este lugar obsequia con un abnegado servicio a sus comensales. I was pretty disappointed with my experience here. Right from the start, the setup felt unusual in a not-so-great way. Instead of having someone come to your table, you’re expected to order at the counter, grab your own drinks, and essentially handle everything like it’s a fast-food place rather than a sit-down restaurant. When we sat down, our table was dirty, and looking around, we noticed several other tables in the same condition. The overall cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired, including the bathroom, which was also quite unpleasant. We ordered two pizzas and two orders of garlic bread as an appetizer. The timing of the food was frustrating. The first pizza arrived after about 20 minutes, and the second one didn’t come out until nearly 10 minutes later. Both pizzas should have been served together. Even more disappointing, the garlic bread didn’t come out until after we had already received and eaten most of the pizzas, completely defeating the purpose of it being an appetizer. I ended up asking for it to be removed from the bill. At one point, I walked past the kitchen area and noticed that our food hadn’t even been started yet, while three employees were standing around on their phones. By the time we left, there were even more people behind the counter, possibly friends just hanging out, which added to the unprofessional atmosphere. Given how messy the dining area was, it would have been a much better use of time to focus on cleaning and staying on top of orders. To top it off, customers are expected to clean up their own tables, which felt unreasonable considering the state of the restaurant. As for the food itself, the pizza was edible and maybe “decent” at best, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the poor service and lack of cleanliness completely overshadowed anything positive about the meal. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I wouldn’t return. *Weird side note you have to eat off 5" diameter paper plates Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Awful. It is very rundown and you have to walk to the back to order (which if it is your first time, you are unsure what to do because there is no sign). I had the sub, and it was not that good. Hardly any flavor at all. My son got a pizza .. he liked it but the quality was really low. His loaded fries were awful. And the food WAS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the quality. Our bill was over $50. I could have gone to a nicer place for that much money. I will not go there again. PS: Nobody was there when we stopped and it took so long to get our food.
