El servicio de la caja mediocre, me quede parada esperando a que la cajera termine de hablar por teléfono (no de trabajo) y cuando decidí irme a otro lado ahí me dijo bueno bueno veni te tomo la orden. la comida tarda como 20 minutos en salir. Y en distintas ocasiones me dieron la comida en mal estado. La cookie dura como una piedra, y el pan salido del freezer casi que congelado. Una vez me senté esperar mi pedido y en vez de darme el café apenas lo habían hecho, lo hicieron y después de una espera de 20 minutos vi que ese era mi café y no me llamaron para dármelo. Cero puntos.

I experienced RACIST in this place, I bought coffee and I had to beg them deadly to get my coffee . I went there on February 23rd, with other Weizmann institute people going to Eilat to join 11th ILANIT. Our bus stopped at Dimona at 10:04, and we were told to be back to the bus and departure by 10:20. I ordered two coffee and a sandwich from the machine at 10:08. It was a very busy place and we were waiting patiently. But then I saw all orders were put after 10:10 were dispatched to people. And I saw my coffee was ready and right on the table. The aroma people gave all ready coffee to everyone around me but not mine. My coffee were sitting on the table alone. I waited until 10:20, I told them I have to go because the bus will leave. And they ignored me, they were keeping dispatching coffee to people who ordered even at 10:17 ( I can see from receipts). Then I had to shout at them loudly because I did see my coffee were right there, aroma people ignored my shouting. I shouted with all my might: “Please give me my coffee, I really have to leave. “ only then another lady from counter came to me and asked what I ordered, I said those only two cups on the table with my name are mine. And she gave me. This is my worst experience in Israel. Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
