Signage not clear. Queued to drop off and evri parcel for 10 mins to be told they can’t do it at that till. Told to go to the COLLECTION till for Asda. Absolutely zero mention of EVRI or Drop Off

What a lovely shop. We are here from Bournemouth visiting family. While we was shopping in the store my husband became until. We asked if he could sit in the cafe for a little while. The young woman Karen made him a cup of tea & asked if he was OK. That was such a kind thing to do Thank you Karen & your colleague xx

My wife visited the cafe today around 13 -30 and received very poor service from one of the staff , my wife ordered a toasted tea cake and a coffee , she paid and went to her seat , she looked up and her coffee had been placed at the end of the counter without the staff telling her , my wife got up to get her coffee then sat down again , shortly after her tea cake was placed on the table without a word , my wife asked for a knife so she could butter the tea cake which was only slightly toasted the staff said i will get you a knife , my wife waited at the counter ,the member of staff came back with a bundle of knives and just chucked them in the tray , never looked at my wife , not a very pleasant place to have a coffee and tea cake .
