I was very disappointed with my experience. The manager’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive when I raised a concern. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they were rude and made me feel unwelcome. Good customer service starts with respectful communication, and unfortunately, that was missing. If you’re in Doha and love authentic coffee experiences, Asherg Coffee is truly a hidden gem. Located right in the heart of Souq Waqif, this place has the perfect combination: strong, rich Turkish coffee and one of the best views in the Souq. The coffee is intense, aromatic, and perfectly brewed — thick, bold, and served the traditional way. You can really taste the quality. It’s one of those places where the first sip makes you pause and smile. What makes it even better is the atmosphere. Sitting outside, overlooking the traditional buildings of the Souq, watching people pass by, feeling that warm Doha evening breeze — it’s a whole vibe. Peaceful but lively at the same time. And yes it’s almost always full That alone tells you everything. Locals love it, visitors love it — it’s one of those spots that everyone keeps coming back to.
