Mix Up With Bank. Apparently my bank charged back an order and refused to pay Asian House. We had eaten at another Asian restaurant in the area that had stolen our card number and used it for bogus purchases. I tried to order from AH tonight, and they refused to take my order. I drove up to the restaurant to ask what happened, after I figured out the chargeback was tied to the bogus charges, I offered to pay for the amount. The clerk refused to take cash, and refused to do business with us anymore. I asked her to have the manager call me asap, because we've never been refused service, and we've never not paid for what we've ordered! The worst part is that we have ordered from them several times and after this incident, they never even called to ask us what happened! Bad customer service.
