We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we would like to address the concerns you raised: • Receipt issuance: We are currently in a transitional phase with the new electronic receipt system when payment is made by card. This may occasionally cause a delay, but it does not affect the accuracy of the charge or our compliance with regulations. • Menu availability: Our menu is clearly displayed at the entrance and on every table, ensuring transparency regarding our offerings and pricing. • Fish freshness: On days with high customer volume such as the one you visited, it is simply not possible for the fish to be anything but fresh. The turnover is immediate, and maintaining quality is a non-negotiable standard for us. • Cooking smells: Our ventilation system is designed to handle normal kitchen operation. During exceptionally busy times, temporary overload may occur, but we continuously strive to improve the comfort of our space. • Smoking indoors: Smoking is strictly forbidden in enclosed areas, in full accordance with Greek law. If someone lights a cigarette without our staff noticing, we rely on our guests to inform us immediately so we can take action — we do not allow this behavior. We would also like to note that true feedback is most valuable when it is shared directly and sincerely. When guests express satisfaction in person, only to later post a harsh review, it creates a disconnect that prevents real-time solutions. We always welcome honest communication, especially during the visit, when we can respond immediately with care and attention — this is how we grow and improve. Thank you once again for your input.
