For delivery, after 30 minutes waiting on order a woman called to say " we make it the way we make it if you do not like it I cancel the order" This over a request on soft crust because is for kids. I explained is first time we order and we need soft crust. She continue saying "we make it in the way we make it" she explain the minutes on the oven, "we do not make any changes for no one." I understood is just a rude person who do not have any good way toward people so I told fine send it... the delivery guy was waiting there. After 10 minutes and their rude call she cancel supodedly becayse a product was not available. She never mention anything related to that. Absolutely bad service, bad behavior toward customers, a waste of time. Price per person: €45–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our dough is made to have a crispy crust, and unfortunately, we don’t have the option to make it soft or airy. It seems there was a misunderstanding - as English is not our staff’s native language , the communication may not have been clear. Our team member truly didn’t mean to upset you; they just tried to explain that your request wasn’t possible. We canceled your order to avoid disappointing you, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a pleasant evening.
