Food was fresh and top quality. Agree with other reviews it is in a bbq place so dining experience is different from omakase. Would come back even just for the sushi. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$140–160 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food ingredients were fresh and the dishes were presented nicely. I would say the meal is of good value with aud 150 per person also you could BYO alcohol with a service fee which you normally can’t in omakase restaurants. The chef was very friendly and he specially made us a sushi birthday cake. We really loved the dinner just not the ambience itself. Being surrounded by a bbq place with heaps of smoke and all sorts of noise on a Saturday night. Would be great if there is a separate space which definitely elevate the dining experience overall. But I could understand given the price we pay when omakase could charge 300. It is our second time going there and will definitely go again. Just had an amazing experience at this Japanese gem! The omakase dinner was a delightful journey of flavors—creative pairings like daikon with mackerel brought a unique touch. Although the jbbq setting was a bit smoky, the food stole the spotlight. Can't wait to go back, maybe for some quick sushi takeaways too! The lunch specials are a bargain, especially the Wagyu with fries—absolute perfection. The sushi and sashimi platter is a knockout, with fresh seafood stealing the show. Despite a slightly chewy salmon, the grilled kingfish head was a generous treat, and the clam udons were a comforting surprise. The staff, though a bit rushed, didn't dampen the overall top-notch food experience!
