Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that this situation created a negative impression. While we were happy to host your group for a standard table reservation, the photo wall you mentioned was a custom installation prepared and paid for by another family for a private birthday celebration. Because the setup included the birthday child’s name and was part of their private event, our staff had to ensure it wasn’t used by other guests. We apologize if this was communicated in a way that felt unfriendly and will remind our team to explain these situations more clearly. We’re glad you noticed the effort that has gone into the play area and hope to welcome you again in the future.
