I had a really disappointing experience here. My friend and I came in expecting to enjoy a relaxed dessert, but the service completely ruined it. One of the waiters was very aggressive in the way they spoke to us and came across as impatient when we were trying to decide what to order. We felt rushed and uncomfortable the whole time, which is not what you want when you’re trying to sit down and enjoy ice cream.

I tried the ice cream and overall it was really good. The texture was smooth and creamy, and most of the flavors tasted fresh and rich. I definitely enjoyed the main scoop I ordered — it was sweet, well-balanced, and satisfying. However, the three samples I tried before choosing were honestly pretty bad. The flavors didn’t taste right, and they had a strange aftertaste that I didn’t like at all. They just didn’t compare to the one I ended up getting.

The worst place i’ve ever been i will never go back! Their store is extremely dirty and i have seen little bugs and hair strands in the icecream, the staff is so rude and the portion sizes are ridiculous. Werribee store is so much better than this place and their portion sizes are much bigger. I’ve heard some of the young girls that work there getting yelled at out the back and leave crying because the owner was yelling at her for her scooping size being too big when it hadn’t even filled up the cup. I can only imagine the way things are run at this place and i don’t support it.
