Second dinner at this all inclusive resort and it didn’t disappoint. Starter of Argentinian chorizo was excellent, New York Strip was cooked exactly as requested. The great food was coupled with equally expertly delivered service by Pedro and the team. Worth a visit to Auma when staying at this Hilton Resort. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For some travelers stuck in Mexico an extra day because American Airlines cancelled our flights, pushed us til the next morning (but did book us at the Hilton overnight so there’s that) we lucked out and stumbled upon this steak house and were pleasantly surprised (mostly.) My son’s burger was not great, my wife’s NY strip was decent, not even sure what my mom ordered BUT my filet was amazing. Best steak I had all week across Riveria Maya for sure. The baked potatoes are served a little weird (unopened with the toppings draped on top like whipped cream and sprinkles on an ice cream cone) yet still good because we’re smart and know how to crack open potatoes. Finally, the fudge brownie was really good and hit that “I need something sweet after all this savory” spot. You need to book a rez here (normally) but we talked them into giving us a spot on the covered patio where we got to see the water up close and personal because it’s literally ten feet away over a cliff. All in all, if you’re at the Hilton you obvs need to eat there and you should anyway because you already paid for all-inclusive. If you just happen to be in the area, also stop by because of the filet, the fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream, and the cool vibes. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
